The staff at the check-out were fantastically friendly. The queen room had a comfy bed, kettle, and complementary tea. The hotel is in a perfect location next to historic downtown and a busy area.

The multi-channel TV, ironing facilities, and study table in the room were great amenities. It was wonderful to have a bathtub in the room. - the location of the hotel in a good neighborhood was fantastic. - We enjoyed spending our evenings at Bar Maja, which was conveniently located just 500 meters from the hotel.

The breakfast here offers coffee and pastries, and everything was excellent during my stay except for a few rude employees.

The property was exceptionally comfortable and fantastic with enthusiastic staff at check-out. The food was yummy, we had coffee and pastries for breakfast. The location offered was marvellous and incredible close to the bus station where one can take to go to Siena, and lot's of restaurants around. We had goodies and coffee at Bar Arcobaleno, it was located easy walk to the venue:)))

Actually everything was really good, my next choice again in Florence. Had fantastic 4 nights in this hotel that's why I liked that. The rooms where extremely pleasant and well-appointed, especially those with balcony and lovely bathroom. The property had an incredible location near a distinguished monument...

I stayed in a double room for 3 nights with an amazing view, balcony, and open windows. the hotel has a marvelous location very close to the center, an easy walk to a 15th-century Dominican church.

The coffee and pastries were delicious, and there was a good variety of food available.

The location is excellent and incredible, just a short walk to the terminus railway station. the breakfast is sensational and includes very good coffee, making it a great value for the price.
